Marcia Kelly and James Kelly Murder By Proxy

In season 3, episode 4, Murder By Proxy is the love story of Marcia Kelly and James Kelly. This does not end well for James Kelly as they end up dead at the hands of Marcia Kelly, in the state of Texas.

The show is described as: Marcia's relationship with a trucker causes resentment on the part of her teenage daughter and sets off a chain reaction leading to six arrests and one dead body..She used her daughter to kill her husband.

Shaina Sepulvado was convicted of capital murder she was originally sentenced to life without, which changed to life with the possibility of parole on appeal.

James Kelly was murdered in his home while he slept in October 2005.  The record reflects that Appellant’s mother, Marcia Kelly, promised money to whoever would kill Kelly, her husband.The record reflects that Appellant, Kelly’s stepdaughter, sought to solicit persons to carry out the murder and was  present when Kelly was murdered.
