David was abusing Tammy, her sister Tiffany Ellis Brewer told the Jackson Free Press Monday. He did turn himself into police claiming he had killed two people. Gov. Haley Barbour granted Gatlin a full pardon. Her family was outraged and is pushing for changes to the legislature.
